Dear club player and newcommers!!!,

We continue to play and look for ways to exercise more, play more, learn more and get additional players of all levels in our team.

🌠🌠🌠 With that we are playing Wed night at Pasir Ris and Th night at West Coast. Luckly, we found an angel player to bring the rackets, ball and net and all we needed to do is to join group say we were coming to play⁉️

While I am working both days to 7pm, I will do my best to come and would like our club players that can to do the same. LET US BE CONSISTENT IN PLAY AT NIGHT IF POSSIBLE? 🫶🎾🎾🎾 Together we can. List for the weekend, starts on Th afternoon,💫💫💫💫💫 Coach Beto 65 90987291

OVERPLAY YES/NO?

Stay healthy At Beach Tennis!!!!!!

Before you start , ask yourself?  Am I fit to be on the sand playing?  How hard to I want to play?

Do I have any injures that I should seek Doctor, fitness expert or drop me a note and I can give you some suggestion based on my playing and coaching experience?

Regardless of the answer, we all should DO a DYNAMIC WARM UP (1) AND AFTER PLAY YOU SHOULD DO SOME LIGHT STRETCHES. (1)

If you are vey fit, you can play 5+ games when you come play.   If you are not used to playing start with 3 or max 4.

If you super tired this day, come and play one or two and do some walking and listening to music and chat to fellow players.

If you sit too long when you re start, warm up again.  Players love to sit hydrate. The best is water or a sugar less electrolyte.  Homemade is better.(1)

(1)    Next post, I will talk about some warm ups, them stretches and finally how to make electrolytes.

We have had many players overdo it and we do NOT want to lose you as a player!!!

Here is what our club players are sending us about day 1 and day 2 of the trip:

Casa Loubel Resort (owned by the wonderful Andrew and Kris) – Day 1:

We started the day with an early morning walk and a breezy boat ride to explore nearby hidden beaches—paradise at every stop! The warm waters were perfect for a swim, and the snorkeling was like diving into a tropical aquarium. We wrapped up the evening with a mouthwatering dinner prepared by Lester, serenaded by the beautiful voices of Maureen and Lala. Not a bad way to kick off the trip! https://youtu.be/aoMGPPE0HlI?si=-xFIejPaMBqrgFVJ

Day 2 – Game, Set, Beach!

We hit the sand for some Beach Tennis training in Boracay with a top-notch coach from East Sand Bondi, all the way from Australia! Later, we cheered on our very own Singaporean star, Ellie, as she competed in the exciting Love Boracay Tournament. Sun, sport, and serious good vibes all around! https://youtu.be/aoMGPPE0HlI?si=-xFIejPaMBqrgFVJ
